We own & manage over 200 properties in the Leavenworth, Lansing and Bonner Springs areas.

River City Rentals was established in 1999 with the acquisition of two duplexes. Over time we’ve grown, and our portfolio of properties now includes a wide variety of apartments, duplexes, townhomes, single-family homes and commercial properties in the Leavenworth-Lansing and Bonner Springs-Basehor areas! Our Customer Service doesn’t stop once you’ve signed the lease…it’s actually just beginning. You can call our office anytime if you have questions, and our professional maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve you in case of emergency.

Simple pride in our work goes a long way. We have properties in a variety of price ranges, but all of them share one thing in common: they are well-maintained and in good working order. We also offer amenities such as in-ground swimming pools, picnic areas, off-street parking, dishwashers, washer/dryer facilities and more.
